I guess it all depends on the kind of person you are.Personally, my wife and i didn't want a big wedding.Our wedding was averagesize, nothing special, but special all at the same time.All i knew was that i loved my wife, and my wife loved me, and we wanted one day to ourselves where we view more could finally start our new life with our friends and family.A big wedding wasn't important to us at all.We just wanted one another. I guess if you're making $100, 000 a year, or if you have a rich uncle or something, a big wedding is nothing.But, to me, it just isn't worth the cost.For a couple starting their new life, without much help, or without a big income, shouldn't you be saving all the money you can for your new future?I really don't understand how some people can spend all this money on one night, but then have nothing to their name the day after.I don't sale get it.I don't see why some people want a big wedding, because the bottom line is, they are just not worth the cost. So, all you need are a few things to have a great wedding:First of all, you need a partner who you want to spend the rest of your life with.That's the most important thing of all, in my opinion, big wedding or small.But, you also need a few things for yourself.Don't be stingy with the money:The bride should be able to walk down that aisle in the dress she wants, with the hair and makeup she wants.The groom should be able to have a nice tuxedo for him and his best man, and the surroundings should be the way they want them.It's all the extras that are unimportant. In the end, i guess it just depends on the kind of person you are.To me, big weddings are absolutely not worth the cost.But, if you feel you need a big wedding to get your new life started, than so be it.
